Founder

Migel Muñoz is the driven and passionate founder of Alfa & Omega Building Maintenance. His journey in the cleaning industry started at a young age when he began assisting his mother with cleaning tasks upon their arrival in Canada. This experience instilled in him a deep understanding and appreciation for cleanliness and order, which he carried into his high school and college years as a diligent cleaner.


Over time, Miguel's hands-on experience grew into a passion for maintaining pristine environments, leading to the establishment of Alfa & Omega. Under his leadership, the company has grown into a reputable enterprise, offering comprehensive cleaning solutions to both commercial and residential properties across various locations.


On the personal front, Miguel is a dedicated family man. He married his high school sweetheart, and they have been happily married for 25 years. Together, they are proud parents of four children. His commitment to family values extends to his business, where he focuses on building long-term relationships with customers, employees, and suppliers.
